He is in relatively good condition and is a creation of artist Samuel J. Butcher. He still has the Applause label attached to his arm. The locket reads: Love never fails. His clothes are in very good condition. The face is slightly dirty from time and shows that someone has spent Precious Moments with him. He has a small tear on his left hand as shown in the photo. He measures 37 cm and was made in Taiwan.
