This is a vintage wooden pencil sharpener from the 80s in the shape of a small handcrafted wooden box with a moving ladybug inside. The lid is inscribed with "I Love You." It would make a beautiful gift and has never been used. It measures 4 x 4 x 3 cm and was made in Thailand.
